INTRODUCTION

The TMI Manual Expulsion Press is designed for the precise cutting of various materials, including textiles, rubber, plastics, paper and paperboard. Dies stay secure during cutting and removal of samples. An adjustable expulsion feature leaves your sample flat on the specimen plate.

  • Depth penetration stop and tension adjusting nut for safety
  • Light under platen 3” under dies 1”
  • Steel platen for greater rigidity-less flex
  • Generates up to 2 tons of die force with approximately 100 lbs. on leaver arm
  • Platen, cutting base and main cylinder are surface ground providing the most exact parallel surfaces
  • Stable Machine base
